By using ParseMind (website, workspace, API, or demo), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
ParseMind extracts structured data from documents you upload. Output quality depends on scan quality, template fit, and upstream OCR/LLM availability. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on every document.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You may not abuse the API, attempt to bypass quotas, or upload unlawful content, malware, or material you lack rights to process.
- You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your documents (e.g. export, privacy, employment, or health regulations).
Plans and quotas
Free and paid plans include monthly document, page, and API limits described on the pricing page. We may suspend or throttle usage that exceeds your plan or threatens platform stability.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant ParseMind a limited license to process files solely to provide the service. ParseMind branding, software, and documentation remain our property.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. See our disclaimer for extraction limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseMind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made from extracted data.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
